The Investment Fund for Developing Countries (IFU)

IFU - Investment Fund for Developing Countries is an independent government-owned development finance institution. Investments are made on commercial terms in the form of equity and loans to projects. The purpose is to promote the economic and social development in the investment countries. An important added value is the in-house expertise gained from operating in 100 countries and being represented on the boards of many project companies.

The Danish Climate Investment Fund (DCIF). IFU is fund manager of the Danish Climate Investment Fund, a public-private partnership established to promote climate investments in developing countries and emerging markets, thereby contributing to reducing global warming and promoting transfer of Danish climate technology.
