AEF 2017 comes to the Bella Center in Copenhagen
Scandinavia’s largest congress, conference and exhibition center is to host the Africa Energy Forum from 7-9 June 2017.
Bella Center Copenhagen is developing rapidly and has since January 2014 been part of the BC Hospitality Group - one of Denmark’s biggest businesses in the hotel, conference, exhibition and hospitality industry.
BC Hospitality Group has more than 1,580 hotel rooms, 162 meeting and conference rooms and approx. 200,000 square metres of conference, meeting and event facilities with capacity for more than 30,000 people. The Bella Center is located centrally in the new part of Copenhagen, Ørestad, and also the neighborhood around is developing rapidly into a modern and active part of Copenhagen.

Aircraft and Airport
Bella Center Copenhagen is just a 10 minute taxi drive from Copenhagen Airport (estimated price: DKK 150-200), which offers a wide range of international and domestic flights every day. Regional trains also run from the airport to Ørestad Station. Further information via Copenhagen Airport or SAS.
Our shuttle service operates from 6am to 11pm and runs between Copenhagen Airport and our two hotels, AC Hotel Bella Sky Copenhagen (which is directly connected to Bella Center Copenhagen) and Crowne Plaza Copenhagen Towers.
Price: DKK 15 each way. The fifteen seats are filled on a first come, first served principle; if the bus is full, other transport expenses are not covered. The shuttle runs every 30 minutes between 6 AM and 11 PM.
At the airport information desk you will find the hotel's iPad with a guide to the shuttle parking spot by Terminal 2 from where you can get on the bus. When departing the hotel you order the shuttlebus in the hotel reception.
A taxi from Bella Center to the city centre costs about DKK 200. A taxi from Bella Center Copenhagen to Copenhagen Airport costs about DKK 150-200.
If you take the metro, the center of Copenhagen is just a few minutes away. The Metro line M1 runs between Vanløse and Vestamager. The metro station "Bella Center" is located by Bella Center's east entrance. More information at www.m.dk.
If you plan on travelling by train, Copenhagen Central Station is within reach from Copenhagen Central Station. To get to and from Copenhagen Central Station, you can take the bus line 30, which takes 20-25 minutes. All regional trains also stop at Ørestad Station, where you can transfer to the metro to get to Bella Center Copenhagen. Note that Intercity Trains DO NOT currently stop at Ørestad Station. Car and parking
There is a motorway right to the front door from Denmark and Sweden. Follow the "Airport Motorway", E20. The exit to Center Boulevard is number 19 and is called "Ørestad" with "Bella Center" listed below.
