The team at AEF are forever evolving and updating our processes to ensure a great experience for our supporters. Below you will find a summary of key changes for 2024 that will impact you as an Exhibitor or Contractor but please make sure to read the whole manual for full details. The manual provides valuable information, recommendations and mandatory rules to help you have a smooth show.

• This year, we are using LiveBuzz to register attendees; you can manage all staff registrations, create visa letters and access your Smart Scan settings here. 

• We are now permitting Complex Stand Builds (over 4m in height), as long as they can be completed in the allotted build time and adhere to all rules outlined here. The deadline for submitting your complex stand design is 3rd May 2024.

• We are taking a strong Focus on sustainability this year please see this section to see how you can participate.

Due to popular demand and following on from its continued success since it launched in 2021, we are delighted to announce our VIP seated restaurant is back. Why not book a lunch meeting?

Tables can be reserved on Wednesday 26th and Thursday 27th June for lunch between 12 noon and 2pm.

Each day, there will be a new menu with a choice of two options, serving a 3-course meal comprising of a light starter, main and a choice of miniature desserts.

Tables will also be available onsite to sponsors on a first come, first serve basis. Please note one table per sponsor per day is permitted

This year we are encouraging our exhibitors to participate in our Happy Hours on Wednesday 26th and Thursday 27th June.

Exhibitors are encouraged to host drinks receptions on their stands from 4pm. Drinks and canapes can be ordered via our online shop here.

Please do let us know if you are planning to host a happy hour, so that we can promote it at the Forum. All sponsors that inform us of their reception before 31st May 2024 will be given 1 FREE floor sticker, which will be placed on the floor next to their stand and listed on the official Happy Hour listing. We can also provide an e-mail signature banner for your emails.

Please note, that sponsors will not be permitted to host any drinks receptions on Tuesday 25th June as our official opening reception will be taking place.
