Anne Lapierre is a project and banking lawyer based in Paris. She heads Norton Rose Fulbright global energy practice and is the co-manager of the Casablanca office. Anne focuses on project development, construction, financing, acquisition and transfer related to renewable and conventional power. Anne has advised on numerous energy and infrastructure-related projects (Europe and French-speaking Africa). Anne has taken care of the development of the structure of various solar and wind IPPs including risk allocation discussions, bankability reviews, drafting energy laws in order to create and/or adjust the IPP environment in France, Morocco, Tunisia and Senegal. Over her career, Anne has specialized in first of their kind and innovative energy projects. She is also involved with organizations that aim at breaking new grounds on the energy market. Anne is top ranked by international legal directories and is recognized by Jeune Afrique amongst the 50 most influential lawyers in Africa.
