Established in 2011 and having raised USD 300m for greenfield renewable energy in Sub-Saharan Africa, Frontier Energy is one of the oldest and largest renewable energy only developers and investors on the continent. Headquartered in Nairobi and Copenhagen, Frontier Energy has constructed and operate hydro and solar power in East and West Africa and is soon to start construction of wind power and additional solar and hydro for utilities and large C&I off-takers.
