VEHICLE BOOKING-IN & BUID-UP ACCESS

Have you completed all of the steps below to ensure you are ready for build up?

• View the EVENT SCHEDULE so you are familiar with the permitted build and break-down times.
• Submitted RAMS and received approval of your STAND PLANS
• Register ALL personnel requiring access during build-up and break-down for a FIRA CONTRACTOR PASS
• BOOK IN ANY VEHICLES that need access to the loading bays
• Arrange LIFTING SERVICES with Kuehne & Nagel if not hand-carry or using a hand trolley/pump-truck

All persons requiring access during build-up and breakdown MUST present a valid contractor pass. Entry into the halls will not be permitted without a pass. You will also be required to read and sign the Site Induction Form on arrival.

The venue is in a high-traffic area and, therefore, requires extra consideration to ensure that the traffic flow during load-in and load-out is managed as safely and effectively as possible.

ALL VEHICLES wishing to unload directly outside the aef hall (Hall 8 at Fira Montjuic) will need to make a booking – one booking will be required per vehicle.

Please note that all requests will be reviewed individually, in order received and be given the first available slot if the requested time is not available. Please state your preferred time and date below.

Time allocated will depend on the vehicle type. You will need to move the vehicle as soon as your allocated time has elapsed.

GOODS UNLOADING/LIFTING

All goods that require lifting by forklift or machinery MUST use Kuehne & Nagel’s service. Any smaller items that can be hand-carried or taken in using a hand-wheeled trolley/pump truck can be taken in by yourselves/your contractor. CLICK HERE for more information.
